By registering you agree to receive promotional emails. If you should choose to not receive these emails you can unsubscribe at the bottom of the email page. Any giveaways are for the item only and cannot be returned for a cash value. All returns must be postmarked or received in store within 5 business days of receipt. Special or custom orders are not eligible for returns. Any items altered per the customer's request are not available for return. It is understood that any items purchased in the "Estate" section of the website are goods that have been worn previously. Also, the items purchased in the "Estate" section will have estimated weights, claritys and other characteristics of the gemstones in the item. If you have any concerns regarding an item, its ship date, or sizing please contact us before ordering the piece. Any order placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be mailed the following Monday or Tuesday. If order placed on any holiday, item will be shipped within two following work days. These ship dates do not apply if item must be sized or altered. Thank you.
